Large-Scale Multi-System Commercial Roofing in Gold Canyon
Yavapai Roofing completed a large-scale roofing project at Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club in Gold Canyon, Arizona, involving both tile and low-slope roofing systems across the property.
This multi-system roofing project featured approximately 25,000 square feet of new multi-color tile, new underlayment, silicone restoration of low-slope roof areas, and new parapet coping.
Project Scope
25,000 Sq. Ft. Tile Tear-Off & Install
The project included the removal and disposal of the existing tile roofing system followed by installation of approximately 25,000 square feet of new multi-color tile and new roofing underlayment.
Silicone Roof Restoration
The property also included multiple low-slope roof areas requiring a different approach. These sections received a silicone roof restoration system designed to protect the existing roof surface and improve long-term weather resistance.
New Parapet Coping
Failing stucco parapets were also addressed with new parapet coping, helping protect vulnerable wall transitions and roof edges from water intrusion.

Roofing Systems Used
Multi-Color Tile Roofing
New tile roofing was installed throughout the steep-slope portions of the property, creating a finished appearance that complements the architecture and surrounding Gold Canyon landscape.
New Roofing Underlayment
The existing tile system was removed so new underlayment could be installed beneath the replacement tile, providing the primary waterproofing layer of the roof assembly.
Silicone Roof Restoration
Low-slope areas were restored with a silicone coating system to provide additional waterproofing and protection against Arizona sun and weather exposure.
Parapet Coping
New coping was installed on failing stucco parapets to better protect the tops of the walls and vulnerable roof transitions.
